Travel Trailer Rental Policies:

1. Reservation Deposit: We require a prepaid rental fee of $500, exact dates, destination and number of people to secure your reservation.
2. Payment Procedures: Balance of rental fees, extras and a damage deposit of $500 are required when unit is picked up. Charges deducted from the damage deposit are interior/exterior damages, loss of equipment, refilling of propane tanks, holding tank dump & flush charge and/or interior/exterior cleaning charge. See below for rates.
3. Payment Options: We accept cash, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, money orders and cashiers checks.
4. Minimum Rental is 7 days except during off season (September 15th -- April 30th with a minimum of 3 days)
5. Driver Qualifications: Drivers must be at least 25 years of age and hold a valid driver's license. (Insurance requirement)
6. PICK UP TIME is SCHEDULED between 2 pm and 4 pm, earlier if unit is available NO EXCEPTIONS!
7. RETURN TIME is not later than 10 am. NO EXCEPTIONS! Late returns are subject to a $200 late charge plus daily rental fee. Allow a minimum of an hour for pick up and returns.
8. IMPORTANT: No Saturday, Sunday or Holiday pick ups or returns.
9. NO SMOKING OR PETS! Any smoke or pet odors will forfeit your entire damage deposit.
10. TRIP EXCEPTIONS: No rentals to Mexico.
11. No same day rentals. 48 hours is required for pre-rental inquiries.
12. Insurance is included with your rental. However, there is a $500 deductible on comprehensive and collision, which is your responsibility.
13. Vehicle Change: If a repair necessitates a change and you find the replacement unacceptable or one is not available. Lewie's RV Center's responsibility will be limited to refunding of prior deposits. .
14. We will take your picture when you pick up the rental. Insurance requirement.

Additional Fees:

BIKE CARRIER: $30 per trip for up to 4 bikes.
AWNING: $30 per trip. Normally locked.
PROPANE: Tanks are filled when unit is picked up and must be returned full. We have propane available.
HOLDING TANKS: Tanks are empty upon departure. We will deduct $25 fee for dumping and cleaning tanks from your damage deposit if not returned clean.
CANADA & ALASKA TRAVEL: There is a 20% surcharge for travel into Canada & Alaska.
SMOKE & PET ODORS: Any smoke or pet odors will forfeit your damage deposit.
CLEANING: Fees will be bid on an individual basis with a minimum of $75.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made prior to 30 days of rental are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. If less than 30 days of rental, all pre-paid rental will be forfeited unless unit is re-rented for the same dates. If unit is re-rented, pre-paid rental will be returned less a $75 cancellation fee.

Rental Rebate on Purchase
Purchase a new RV from Lewie's RV within 60 days of your rental and we will rebate you 50% of your rental charges up to $500. (Applies to rental fee, but does not include insurance, security deposit or any other additional fees).
